1, Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
2, How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. If you are in USA, and the products are shipped from USA FBA warehouse . Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. If it comes to something unexpected, there are more working days we need during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances. We will make a notification on the navbar on the webpage and send you a notification Email.
3, I ordered more than one items. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Please note that if you use the shipping address of the logistic company to deliver parcels to other regions or countries, the extra costs incurred need to be borne by you.
4, Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the product is shipped out
5, How can I track the order?
A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been delivered. You can use this ID to track your order. You can see it in the main menu the last one or in the right bottom of the foot menu Track orders. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.
6, If my order arrives visibly damaged when delivery. What can I do?
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse to take delivery. And please send a E-mail to us mentioning your order ID and images of the product. We'll dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
7, What's free return Service?
If we offer Free Return, it will be clearly marked on the item details page. You could return the item (quality problem) with the receipt of shipment within 15 days starting from the next day of delivery time (the date you recive the item) for free. Otherwise, the shipping and handling fees may apply when it returned. We strongly recommend you keep the packaging for the first 30 days after purchase.
8, As long as I return the goods, I could get full refund. Am I correct?
All product returns must be in salable condition to receive a full refund. If there are invoices and gifts, they must be sent back together. If the item is used or unsalable, the order might be nonrefundable. We reserve the right to submit a full, partial or no refund.
9, How long will it take for me to get the refund?
Refund will be given once we have received your package and confirmed that the conditions for refund have been met. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner you will get your refund!
You can always go to your dispute detail page to keep updated about return progress. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
10, Can I make an exchange instead of a return?
We regret that we are unable to provide exchange service currently. You may place a new order before or after receiving a refund, it being specified that the return procedure and the new order will be independent processes.
