📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or chatbox in the store.

We currently ship to the following countries freeshipping:

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

🛃 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order in most countries. If not, we will contact you. If you agree with it, we will deliver to you and make your self-clearance and pay the tax. Or we will cancel the order and refund.

If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact us at service@levaplus.com, and we will assist you in locating the shipment or arranging a solution.
